Workshop Description
The complex behavior of systems in nature is rooted in intricate
mechanisms of interactions that not only have
much in common with computers and communication networks, but actually
supersede those in terms of
reliability, power efficiency, and computational capacity. It is thus
no surprise that natural systems have
become the inspiration of novel algorithms that are based on
non-standard computation and communication
mechanisms. The goal of this workshop is present recent
state-of-the-art results, and to outline future
developments in nature-inspired computation and communication.
